Is access to Zynde.com secure?

Yes, we use Industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 256-bit encryption to create a secure user environment.Your personal information is also encrypted to offer additional security.

What is the difference between business and personal packages?

Zynde.com aims to meet specific customer needs and personal packages are meant for those who are just interested in managing their personal finances. Personal packages do not have advanced features and premium support that the business package offers.

What advanced features do I get with a business packages?

Business packages have access to bulk CSV imports that greatly enhances productivity. Emailing and customization of payslips is available too.
We are also contantly adding new features to this package and we invite you to let us know what features you would like us to add.

I'm not sure which plan suits my needs. Is there a free trial?

We do have a 30-day risk free trial with all features enabled for a personal package.

If you're unsatisfied with Zynde.com for any reason and choose not to continue, your account will remain active and will be able to log in but most features will be disabled. You can continue using your account whenever you pay up.

How am I billed? Tell me more about how payment is handled..

To suit our customer's different needs, we have 4 different billing cycles. The longer the billing cycle, the larger the discount that you will enjoy. The billing cycles available are

• Monthly (30 days)
• 3-monthly (90 days)
• 6-monthly (120 days)
• Yearly (365 days)

Zynde.com is a Pay-As-You-Go service. This means you are billed on the day you start your package. Because of restrictions from our payment gateway, we have to manually process each payment. Please be rest assured that we will do everything to automated our payment gateway.

I need a business package. What is required?

Simply send us a request and we will have it activated upon payment verification We are ready to go into Service Level Agreements (SLA) with those who need one.This ensures that we do not overload our servers and that we scale our resources according to your needs.2 day email response with each submitted ticket is guaranteed with this account.

Can we install Zynde on our servers?

No. Zynde is Software as a Service (SaaS) so we host and manage the software on our servers. However we can have custom installations on subdomains such as yourcompany.zynde.com. if you feel you need one.
