Zynde ("Zynde ", "we" or "us") collects (a) the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, (b) aggregate information concerning what pages consumers and/or users access or visit, and (c) information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

Information Gathering and Usage

When you register for Zynde we ask for information such as your email address. Depending on the service, we may also ask for your name, company name or affiliation, billing address and payment information. Zynde uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

Cookies

  • A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, which is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.
  • Cookies are required to use the Zynde service.
  • We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies. You are required to log-in to your Zynde account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others inadvertently accessing your account.

Data Storage

Zynde uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Zynde. Although Zynde owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Zynde application, you retain all rights to your data.

Disclosure

Zynde may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Our service ensures secure communications with encryption

From the time you submit your Login ID and Password, these communications between your computer and Zynde.com are encrypted. This enables client and server applications to communicate in a way that is designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering and message forgery.

Blogs and other Forums on Zynde.com

If you use a bulletin board, blog or chat room on our Site, you should be aware that any information you submit there can be read, collected or used by other users and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums. These forums may be hosted by Zynde or by one of our third party service providers on Zynde's behalf.

Changes

Zynde may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address specified in your Zynde primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site or blog.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login ID and Password We maintain strict rules to help prevent others from guessing your password. We also recommend that you change your password periodically. Your password must be 6-20 characters in length. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Login ID and Password. You may not provide these credentials to any third party. If you believe that they have been stolen or been made known to others, you must contact us immediately at security(a)zynde.com, but in any event you should change your password immediately via the Service. We are not responsible if someone else accesses your account through Registration Information they have obtained from you or through a violation by you of this Privacy and Security Policy or the Zynde Terms of Use.
